Caroline Sokhi

Having worked for a number of years as a Community Pharmacist, Caroline has joined the practice as a GP Clinical Pharmacist as part of an NHS England pilot. She is working as part of the practice team to make sure your medicines help you get better and stay well, for example by reviewing medicines, carrying out health checks and ordering blood tests as well as assisting practice staff with medicine related queries.
