Important Patient Notice

While certain elements of the lockdown are gradually being eased, extreme caution is still needed to try to avoid a second spike of infections. As such, we will continue to use telephone consultations and video conferencing to assess our patients in the first instance and offer a face-to-face appointment only when it is clinically essential. Please do not attend the surgery unless you have been asked to do so by one of our clinicians.

As of today (Wednesday 10th June 2020), the following changes have been made to our procedures:

  • Apart from those granted exemption under the current government guidelines, all patients attending the surgery will need to wear a face covering.
  • A one way system has been implemented and will be indicated with the appropriate signage. Please make a member of staff aware if you will need assistance in complying with this new requirement.

As per current government guidelines, young children, those with breathing difficulties and those with a disability are exempt from having to wear a face covering.

Finally, we would also like to take this opportunity to thank our patients for their diligence and patience in following the procedures we have put in place thus far. It has played a crucial part in allowing us to continue providing essential care during this period.
